Midwest Precision LLC ABIDES by all Federal, State, and Local firearm transfer laws.
Midwest Precision LLC is an Illinois-based Type 01 Federal Firearms Licensee. We can process any of your non-NFA transfer needs subject to all current and local laws. All transfers are by appointment only. Contact us at ffl@mwprecision.com or 630.749.5209 BEFORE having your firearm purchase shipped to us, so we can make proper arrangements with you and your retailer. Our transfer fees are $60 per serial numbered item plus $5 for each additional. The recipient must have an FFL; however the sender is not required to have one. Any person who is legally allowed to own a firearm is legally allowed to ship it to an FFL holder for any legal purpose (including sale or resale). See our STORE POLICIES for more information. NOTE: All sales of firearms, loaded ammunition, reloading primers, reloading powder, and clothing are FINAL, and returns are NOT ACCEPTED. |
